Loveseat — Privacy Policy

Loveseat is a private app for two people in a relationship. What you share is visible only to you and the one person you pair with. We don't sell data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we don't track you across apps.

What we store

• Account: an anonymous account id, or your email address if you sign in with email.
• Profile: the first name you enter, the name you call your partner, your time zone (so the daily question changes at a sensible hour) and the mood you choose to set.
• What you share with your partner: daily-question answers, This or That and quiz picks, which games you finished, touches, your anniversary date and your shared pet.
• Photos you send your partner: taken with the camera inside the app (we never read your photo library), resized and stored privately. Only you two can see them, and you can delete your own at any time.
• Push token: lets us deliver your partner's touches and game turns to your phone.
• Subscription status: whether Premium is active, received from RevenueCat. We never see your payment details; Apple handles payments.

Games you play on one phone (Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever and the others) stay on that phone. We only record that a game was finished, never what you said or did.

We don't access your photo library, contacts or location, and nothing you write or photograph is sent to any AI service.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in, realtime sync and private photo storage.
• Expo: push notification delivery.
• RevenueCat: subscription status.

Unpairing and deleting

When either partner taps Unpair, everything the couple shared is permanently deleted for both people: answers, game picks, activity, touches, photos and the pet. Delete my account (in Settings) deletes your account and everything above. Neither action can be undone.

Safety

Loveseat is for adults (18+) and includes optional suggestive content. Touches are rate-limited, and unpairing instantly removes the other person's access. To report a problem, email support@northwrightlabs.com.

Children

Loveseat is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data in the app, or by emailing us. If you are in the EU/UK or a US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app.
